Product Description
The electronically temperature controlled
ESD Safe soldering station was developed to meet the present and future
needs of the electronic production industry. The many features of the
Xytronic product make it the ideal tool for both service and repair as
well as production line soldering operations.
Tip temperature is maintained to within ±3C°(±6°F)
of any setting from 200-450C(350-850F) for the nichrome heater by any
electronic circuit which has a temperature sensor located at the end of
the heating element. The variable temperature design means no tip or
heating element changes are necessary to adjust temperature.
Digital readout temperature adjustment is
accomplished by the SET position on the switch to adjust the pre-set
temperature. Then move the switch to the READ position to read the
actual temperature of the tip. You can then see that the station will maintain
the pre-set temperature.

| The Auto-Temp 169D provides an
"Easy to Read" Digital temperature indicator, a detachable 80W
solder wand complete with tip, and a "Set and Forget"
temperature control that allows a precision accuracy "On
Demand" heat setting range of between 200 °C and 480 °C (392°F
to 896°F ). |
The power unit is isolated from the A.C.
line by a high quality transformer and only 24 VAC voltage is used to
drive the heating element. The tough plastic PC housing is stronger to
better withstand high impact bumps and abrasions. All materials meet UL
standards. |

Auto-Temp soldering stations are
